Death Stars Sasaki Lost for Year Tuesday, August 1st, 2028 The season is finished for Masamichi Sasaki of the Detroit Death Stars. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Death Stars right fielder suffered a broken bone in the elbow while making a defensive play in a recent game against the Antioch Coal Miners. Team doctors said it would take at least 4-5 months to heal. This year Sasaki has hit at a .295 clip with 48 RBIs, 8 home runs and 49 runs scored. |
