Plug Pulled on Jacq -- Skipper Fired in Minneapolis Wednesday, November 10th, 2027 Bernard Jacq beat the Minneapolis Freeze to the punch this morning and announced that he is no longer manager of the team. Jacq wanted to give his side of the story and chose to do it with BNN. "There are two sides of every story and I just wanted to make sure my side got told." Jacq said he finally got fed up with front office interference and went to the owner about it. When he got no satisfaction or support from the owner, Jacq expressed his opinions in some very strong language and was subsequently fired. "I told him in no uncertain terms that this had to stop. Maybe I went to far, but it needed to be said." The club has scheduled a formal press conference this afternoon, but did not announce any details. |
