Castillo on the Attack, Player of the Week Monday, August 30th, 2027 Fernando Castillo is respected by most Bronx Bombers fans for his no-frills style of play. The 24-year-old left fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Blake Camden League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .520 average (13-for-25) with 3 home runs, 6 RBIs and 5 runs scored. To date Castillo has chalked up a .393 average with 4 home runs, driven in 20 runs and scored 23 times. |
