Corbett Bangs Out 6 Base Hits Thursday, April 22nd, 2027 It was a sensational day at the plate for George Corbett as he led the charge to a 10-6 win over the Rubber Ducks. The Minneapolis center fielder was pure misery for the Anchorage pitching staff. He left them shellshocked with 6 hits in 6 at-bats in an explosive display of hitting. The manager for the Rubber Ducks told BNN reporters after the game, "Corbett put the ball into play. He really hit it hard. When you do that, you've got a pretty good chance to do some damage. And that's what happened. I feel like we threw some pretty good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball."
