Carter Batters Mdewanketon Big Time Thursday, April 15th, 2027 5 hits in 8 at-bats. It doesn't happen every day, and when it does, it's exciting. Today Alvin Carter of the Bethesda Lions had a sensational game against Mdewanketon at Mystic Lake Stadium. He rifled base hits all over the ballpark in his team's 34-8 shellacking of the Sabercats. In the postgame press conference he joked, "Heck, that's a week's worth of hitting for me and I did ,it all in one day. I guess I can take the rest of the week off. Right, skipper?" Alvin Carter hit a two-run home run off Osamu Ishii in the 2nd, hit a three-run double in the 2nd, singled in the 2nd, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, flied out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th. |
