Manager Snow Forced out in Des Moines

Manager Clement Snow is out of work. The Des Moines Spartans general manager told the press today that Snow had been fired.
The GM said several factors led to his decision. He said that a combination of team performance, personality and overall direction of the team eventually led to Snow's dismissal.
"It's never an easy decision, but I'm paid to make hard decisions and do what's best for this team and its fan base."
