Setback for Georgia and Michael Binkley Monday, September 18th, 2028 Michael Binkley was taking it slow and easy, nursing shoulder tendinitis back to good health, when he suffered a setback. According to a Georgia team official, "Michael was making excellent progress and it appeared he would return to the squad ahead of schedule. But then he reinjured it in a light workout." Club doctors now say the 35-year-old Grays first baseman would be out at least another 2 weeks. Binkley is presently batting .303 with 7 home runs, 47 runs scored and 44 RBIs. His OBP is .348. |
