McCarthy Torches Prowlers for 5 Hits Saturday, September 16th, 2028 5 times is the charm -- at least for Todd McCarthy. The Kansas City Tornadoes right fielder tore up the Oklahoma City Prowlers to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Debris Field today. The offensive onslaught from McCarthy powered the Tornadoes to a 10-6 win. "McCarthy was a tough out today," Oklahoma City manager Jon Gander said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Todd McCarthy singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Benjamin Bertrand in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th.
