Tornadoes Starting Pitcher Vázquez Injured Sunday, August 27th, 2028 The Tornadoes will be minus Ramón Vázquez for about 3 weeks after the starting pitcher suffered shoulder inflammation while throwing a pitch in a recent game against New York. Vázquez and the Kansas City skipper were hoping further examination might show there was less damage than originally thought and he would be absent a shorter duration.
