Kelsey Sherrill to Miss 5 Weeks Friday, August 11th, 2028 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Jacks when after today's game against the Bombers, the club found out they would be without the services of Kelsey Sherrill for at least 5 weeks. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Sherrill was injured earlier today colliding with a player at a base and suffered a fractured hand. Sherrill is batting at a .318 pace this season, picking up 103 hits in 324 at-bats with 8 home runs, 48 RBIs and 42 runs scored. |
