Hardy Magnificent in Havana Win Tuesday, August 8th, 2028 Joe Hardy of the Havana Stogies spun his magic on the Oklahoma City Prowlers today. He blanked them 7-0 on 2 hits, registering 10 strikeouts and no walks. "The bottom line was I just kept the ball down," Hardy said. "My breaking stuff was down. Everything was down." Talking to reporters in the postgame interview, Havana skipper Reynaldo Vázquez said the team "got solid pitching, good defense and took great team at-bats in a lot of different situations." "Joe pitched relly well but this was a solid performance by everyone," he said. So far this season, Hardy has logged a 16-4 record with a 2.08 ERA.
