RCL Selects Tamura July's Top Starter Tuesday, August 1st, 2028 When Masafumi Tamura takes the mound, a So Cal victory is usually the result. That was the case in July. That's why he was voted the Roberto Clemente League Pitcher of the Month. Tamura throttled league hitters the whole month with an impressive 5-1 mark and 2.40 ERA in 6 starts.
