Puri: Big Hit in the Thurman Munson League Monday, July 17th, 2028 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Thurman Munson League, but last week Anujestha Puri of the Jersey Jesters reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Puri rocked opposing pitching for a .565 average (13-for-23), 1 home run and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. Puri is hitting .326 in 2028 with 11 RBIs and 2 home runs. |
