Trouble in Chicago, Pittman Suffers Setback Sunday, July 9th, 2028 Chicago received another blow today when doctors revealed that Hitmen right fielder Pat Pittman had suffered a setback in his recovery and will miss additional time because of a sprained ankle. Pittman has been nearing his projected return date, but now that will be pushed back 2 weeks. In 66 games this season Pittman is batting .313 with 83 hits and 8 home runs. He has scored 50 runs and driven in 38. |
