TML Star of the Week Named Monday, June 26th, 2028 It's always a thrill for fans of the team and students of the game alike when a superstar in the making shows what he's got. Marshall Dempsey, the Mile High Mustangs 25-year-old first baseman, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for Thurman Munson League Player of the Week honors. He ripped 13 hits in 26 at-bats, compiling a .500 average with 4 home runs and 7 RBIs. Looking at his stats this year, Dempsey has compiled a .341 batting average, while hitting 18 home runs and driving in 55 runs. He has played in 77 games and scored 42 runs. |
