Félix Betancourt Sidelined for Season Wednesday, June 7th, 2028 The season is apparently over for Félix Betancourt. The Manhattan Beach Patriots medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 9 months with a torn rotator cuff. Betancourt was hurt in the game against New York while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This season Betancourt has earned 1 saves, tossed 19.2 innings, made 20 relief appearances, fanned 18 hitters and posted an ERA of 6.41. Teams are hitting .373 against him. |
