League Suspends Tornadoes McCarthy 3 Games Friday, June 2nd, 2028 Todd McCarthy of the Kansas City Tornadoes has been suspended 3 games by the league for his prolonged argument with the home plate umpire during the game with Columbus at Central Park Downtown Stadium. The 31-year-old right fielder angrily protested being called out on strikes and wouldn't leave the field after his ejection. It took two coaches and his manager to physically remove the hostile McCarthy from the field. This season McCarthy has hit at a .300 clip with 33 RBIs, 7 home runs and 25 runs scored. |
