Will Caron Hurt, Out 13-14 Months Tuesday, May 16th, 2028 The Jacks received bad news this morning. Will Caron will miss 13-14 months due to a damaged elbow ligament. He sustained the injury in the Jacksonville-Maple game while throwing a pitch. "I'm disappointed more than anything," he told reporters later in the day. "You can't help your team on the bench," Caron sighed. "I'll do the rehab work and hope for a quick recovery." This year Caron has a 2-4 mark in 9 starts with a 5.03 ERA. He has given up 71 hits in 62.2 innings, struck out 55 and issued 16 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .282 batting average against him. |
