Lok and Mendoza Suspended 9 Games Friday, May 12th, 2028 It was quite a row yesterday at Waterfront Park. The Beavers Mun-wah Lok and the Patriots Juan Mendoza backed up their angry words with a few shoves and a few swings. Then both dugouts raced onto the field and got involved in the fracas. When it was over, only Lok and Mendoza were ejected. As expected they were informed by the league office that they would each have to serve 9-game suspensions for their inappropriate actions. This season Lok is batting .176 with 1 home run. He has scored 3 runs and driven in 2. In 8 starts this year Mendoza has fashioned a 1-4 record and a 4.40 ERA. |
