Manager Dave Gunn Fired by Blazers Tuesday, March 7th, 2028 Dave Gunn beat the Bloomington Blazers to the punch this morning and announced that he is no longer manager of the team. Gunn wanted to give his side of the story and chose to do it with BNN. "There are two sides of every story and I just wanted to make sure my side got told." Gunn said he finally got fed up with front office interference and went to the owner about it. When he got no satisfaction or support from the owner, Gunn expressed his opinions in some very strong language and was subsequently fired. "I told him in no uncertain terms that this had to stop. Maybe I went to far, but it needed to be said." The club has scheduled a formal press conference this afternoon, but did not announce any details. |
