Aguilera Swats 3 HR Against Chicago Monday, May 31st, 2027 Reynaldo Aguilera, the Havana first baseman, blasted three homers today at The Humidor in the Stogies 7-1 victory against the Chicago Hitmen. For the game, Reynaldo Aguilera scored 3 times and knocked in 4 runs. When he hit his last home run, his teammates, hearing the crack of the bat, leaped off the bench and rushed on the field to greet the jubilant Aguilera, when he reached home plate. In the clubhouse after the game, he gleefully said to the press, "It was just one game, but it sure was a lot of fun -- 3-for-4, three roundtrippers and a win. What a day!" This year Aguilera has 17 home runs and a .305 batting average. |
