Bad Behavior Costs Martínez and Lott Friday, May 21st, 2027 The league commissioner's office had responded quickly to yesterday's major incident at Bomber Ballpark involving the Bombers Julián Martínez and the Hornets Ed Lott. Both players have been given 3-game suspensions for violation of the league code of conduct. The suspensions will be effective immediately. Currently Martínez has 4 home runs and a .316 batting average. This year Lott has 6 relief appearances with no saves, 0-1 season record and a 7.62 ERA. He has hurled 13 innings, given up 22 hits, struck out 4 and walked 2. Opposing clubs have batted .379 against the Eureka reliever. |
