The San Francisco Earthquakes outlasted Amad Kuram and the Mile High Mustangs, 8-7. Kuram was impressive in the loss. The Mile High catcher was 4-4 with 2 doubles, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Today's win puts San Francisco at 43-27, while Mile High falls to 23-46.

The Earthquakes were down to their last out in the bottom of the ninth when left fielder Will Hunt turned a 1-0 fastball from Kenkichi Kodo into a bases-clearing double. The walk-off double electrified the Golden Gate Park denizens and sent the Earthquakes home with a thrilling 8-7 win.

"It's great to get the crowd pumped up," Hunt said.
