It was a good time at Don Corleone Park, where fans came to watch the Portland Beavers and New York Mafia get after it.

New York rode a fine outing from starter Brad Lyons to victory over the Portland Beavers at Don Corleone Park. The final score was 5-2. Kunihiko Mizuno converted his 28th save in 32 tries.

The Mafia picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.

"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," Lyons said.

The Mafia' win now puts them at 72-90.
