Butler Silences Dallas Bats
Fred Butler pitched a near no-hitter in leading Las Vegas to a 4-1 triumph over the Dallas Texans. Bernalldo Rocchi closed the game out for Las Vegas, earning his 37th save. Las Vegas is in second place in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division with a record of 91-69.

Butler ran roughshod over the Dallas lineup. The right-hander allowed just 1 hit over 8.2 innings, while striking out 6. With the victory, he goes to 9-12 on the season.

"Fred did a tremendous job," said Las Vegas manager Jesús Alfaro.
