The Mile High Mustangs downed the Kansas City Tornadoes, 7-3, at McNichols Stadium. Dave Morton led the way, going 2-for-4 for Mile High. The Tornadoes have now dropped 5 straight.

Morton had a consequential at-bat in the bottom of the fourth for the Mustangs. Coming up with the bases loaded and Mile High trailing 2-1, he hit a bases-clearing double.
