The San Diego Hops beat the Seattle Sasquatch, 8-5, in 11 innings. San Diego left fielder Clinton Miller merited player of the game honors with his performance. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. San Diego reliever Ajdir Kasakya picked up the win to move to 1-3. Greg Ward suffered the loss. San Diego is now 56-103. Seattle is 78-81.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 11th. With two out, Miller hit a changeup from Alejandro Lafrosia for a 3-run home run. The Hops, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
