Texans Raise Rally Flag, Beat Bloomington, 6-2
The Bloomington Blazers got a superb performance from pitcher Lou Latulippe. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Dallas. The Texans won the game, 6-2. In spite of the loss, Latulippe was named the player of the game. He threw 8 innings of 7-hit ball. Today's win puts Dallas at 64-83, while Bloomington falls to 52-94.

Both teams had trouble scoring runs. So, Toshinobu Noro's at-bat in the top of the ninth was huge. With one out, the Dallas designated hitter hit a run-scoring double, to give his team a 3-2 lead.

"We looked pretty good up and down," said Dallas manager Caleb Haley.
