Burbidge has 3 hit night in Mustangs Win

Mile High and Columbus met at Central Park Downtown Stadium in front of a lively crowd.
Ted Burbidge added some punch to the Mile High offense, helping them outmuscle the Columbus Codebreakers, 13-7. In the game, Burbidge, who is tied for 10th in the TML in home runs with 27, went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 6. Nate Gary got the save, his 1st in 3 chances.
The Mustangs got a big at-bat from shortstop Edwin Pratt. For the game, Pratt went 2-5 with 2 singles, while scoring 2 times. In the top of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 148th hit of the season gave Mile High a 6-5 lead.
"I was able to barrel up some pitches," said Burbidge.
The last-place Mustangs improved to 59-84.
