Alfred Lenoir did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Kelowna Heat from losing, 5-3, to the Saskatoon Legends at Ballpark of Red Deer College. Lenoir was 3 for 4 with 3 singles. The winner was Saskatoon reliever Don Monahan, now 1-0. The loser was Joe Gillard. Kevin Labbee, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 8th save.
