Manhattan Beach Patriots starter Bruno McCormick turned in a sterling performance against the Omaha Titans, leading his team to a slim 3-2 win. Joachim Doucet finished to wrap up his 17th save. At 34-30, Manhattan Beach is in third place in the Roberto Clemente League William Atteberry Division.

Manhattan Beach took control in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and a runner on 3rd, Donald Latulippe hit a run-scoring double to make it 2-1, Patriots.

"We squandered some opportunities," said Omaha manager Bernard Jacq.
