Cong Goes Off, But Saints Win
Trois-Rivieres withstood an impressive performance by Montreal left fielder Lee Cong to defeat the Royales, 6-3, at Blue Wings Ballpark. Cong was 3 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The Saints bumped their record to 7-5 with this latest triumph.

Making an impact for Trois-Rivieres was second baseman Max Lockwood. He drilled a run-scoring double in the bottom of the first. For the game, Lockwood was 2-4 with a double.

Lockwood said afterward that "winning is what it's all about."
