Texas A&M played host to UCLA at the friendly confines of Sooners Ballpark.

Right-hander David Tankersley mesmerized the UCLA Bruins while leading the Texas A&M Aggies to a 6-0 victory. Texas A&M, at 17-29, occupies 23rd place in the Cliff Gustafson.

A key at-bat came in the bottom of the fifth inning. With a runner on 1st, the batter, Lynn Winston, hit a run-scoring triple. It made the score 1-0, Texas A&M, and helped them go on to win.
