Mayes Leads Bulldogs to Win over Bears
|
Benefiting from Oscar Mayes's productive game, the Mississippi State Bulldogs downed the Baylor Bears, 11-4. Mayes was 4 for 4 with a home run, 3 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Bulldogs. Mississippi State reliever Mark Lewis picked up the win, bumping his record to 6-0.
