Jesters Win in Glorious Fashion
The skies opened up and the rain fell at The Royal Court at Jersey Yards.

The Jersey Jesters beat the Mile High Mustangs, 8-6, in 11 innings. Jersey designated hitter Carlos Cantú merited player of the game honors with his performance. He went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. The last-place Mustangs have lost 4 straight games.

Jersey won the game in the bottom of the 11th inning. With one out and Quan Que on the mound for Mile High, catcher Tim Thompson hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Jesters fans to their feet.

Thompson said this kind of win gives the team "a buzz."
