The USC Trojans downed the Texas Longhorns, 8-2, at Ballpark of Celebration College. Jake Gantz led the way, going 1-for-2 for USC. USC is now 18-10. Texas is 16-12.

Corbin Bowen's at-bat in the top of the fifth inning was a big one for USC. Coming to bat with two out, the bases loaded and USC leading 3-1, the first baseman got hit by a pitch, driving in 1 run.
