In baseball, each game is unique. This one was no different.

The Baylor Bears topped the California Golden Bears, 6-2, in Rod Dedeaux League action at Wolverines Stadium. The player of the game was Baylor third baseman Caleb Carpenter. Hanihani Toora earned the save for Baylor, his 1st of the year.

The two teams provided some entertaining baseball for the Wolverines Stadium crowd. Regardless of the outcome, a good time was had by all.

"Good win for us," said Carpenter. "Now we'll focus on the next one."

The Bears raised their record to 15-11.
