The Maple Marauders got a rain-soaked win over the Bloomington Blazers at Celestrial Fields at Hermann Park.

Maple Marauders starter Landy Lu had all his pitches working at Celestrial Fields at Hermann Park. His stellar performance paved the way for an easy 11-0 Maple win over the Bloomington Blazers. Lu went 6.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 0, and struck out 8. His record improves to 6-3.

The Marauders got a big at-bat from second baseman Gerard Leeder. For the game, Leeder was 2 for 5 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the top of the fifth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 18th home run of the season gave Maple a 2-0 lead.
