South Carolina used a superb performance from starting pitcher Luis Vega to down the Dallas Texans, 1-0. With the win, the Bombers have a record of 32-25.

Vega, who was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, threw 111 pitches over 7.2 innings, while allowing no earned runs.

"There was no wiggle room in this one," said Vega.
