Mustangs Lose, 7-3, at Don Corleone Park
|
The New York Mafia picked up a win at Don Corleone Park, knocking off the Mile High Mustangs, 7-3. On the mound for New York was right-hander Oda Kudo, who played a pivotal role in the win. Kudo picked up the win for New York, going 8 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 5-2. The losses continue to mount for Mile High, which has now dropped 7 in a row.
Keitaro Ojima took Elvis Callahan deep with one out in the bottom of the fourth. On a 2-1 fastball, Ojima drilled a 2-run home run to left. It was his 7th home run of the season and put New York on top, 3-1.
