Oklahoma State pinch hitter William Fernández had a 4-RBI performance, which helped his team grab a 8-6 win over the Clemson Tigers. The 5th-place Cowboys improved to 12-6.

Fernández had a game-changing at-bat for Oklahoma State. It came in the top of the ninth inning with one out. Fernández hit a 0-2 curveball from Jim Unknown for a grand slam home run. It put Oklahoma State in front, 8-6.

"I'm proud to be a part of what we've got going on here," Fernández told the Oklahoma State Times. "It's a great group and we're pretty happy with the win."
