The Missouri Tigers and South Carolina Gamecocks were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd at Ballpark of Ridge College.

South Carolina left fielder Ed McGuire had 3 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Missouri Tigers, 10-4. Keith Hull finished to wrap up his 2nd save.

Mark Hernández's at-bat in the bottom of the third was significant for the Gamecocks. Coming to the plate with the bases loaded and South Carolina leading 3-2, the center fielder drew a walk, driving in 1 run.

"We swung the bats pretty good throughout the lineup," said South Carolina skipper Orlando Torres.

South Carolina is now 13-15, Missouri 14-14.
