Cowboys Stymie Michigan, Take 8-1 Win
|
Oklahoma State Cowboys starter Mark Carney turned in an exceptional performance against the Michigan Wolverines at Siege Ballpark, resulting in a Oklahoma State win, 8-1. The Cowboys, now 2-0, have been playing some good baseball.
Mike Lee helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a 2-run home run to give Oklahoma State a 2-0 lead.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling pretty confident after that win," said Carney.
