A 4-RBI performance from the 19-year old center fielder Wei-qiang Ju helped the Victoria Vikings beat the Boise Bloodhounds, 11-5. With the win over Boise, the Vikings improved to 55-58.

Making an impact for Victoria was designated hitter Chris Griffin. He drilled a 2-run home run in the top of the second. For the game, Griffin went 1-5 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3.

"We came out aggressive," said Victoria Vikings manager Charles Luce. "We came out swinging the bats."
