Baltimore Blue Claws starter Paolo Jens pitched a strong game against the Kingwood Knights at Stable Park, leading the Blue Claws to a 5-2 win. Jens got the win, improving to 6-4. He allowed 9 hits and walked 2 over 7 innings. Jens allowed 2 earned runs. Dae-je Kwak earned the save, his 7th.

The Blue Claws grabbed the lead in the top of the third. With two out, Jorge Reyes hit a 2-run home run off Kagetoki Ohayashi, putting Baltimore in front, 2-1. For Reyes, it was his 3rd home run of the season.
