|
Baltimore Blue Claws starter Jérémy Thomas was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Kingwood Knights, 5-3. Thomas, the winner, moves to 6-2. He threw 5.2 innings of 4-hit ball, while fanning 8 and giving up 4 walks. Dae-je Kwak finished to wrap up his 6th save.
Ryutaro Kitamura was a key contributor to the win for the Blue Claws. In the top of the fifth with no one out, the light-hitting shortstop stroked a single to right-center. He was 2 for 4 with 2 singles.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Thomas told the Baltimore News.
