Yoshimochi Chikuda pitched well, but the Victoria Vikings still lost the game, falling 4-2 to the New Orleans Jedi Knights at The drakkar. Reliever Yoichibei Aoki picked up the win. His record improves to 3-1. Yoshimochi Chikuda took the loss. New Orleans is now 66-43. Victoria is 53-57.

With a runner on 2nd and two out in the top of the fourth inning, shortstop Gilbert Blanchard delivered big for the Jedi Knights. New Orleans was leading 1-0 when he belted a 2-run home run.

Blanchard attributed the win to "a well-rounded effort by the whole team."
