Abbott Helps Bloodhounds Beat Saints
|
The rain came, as predicted, but the Boise Bloodhounds and St. Paul Saints were able to complete their ballgame.
Josh Abbott knocked in all 3 runs for the Boise Bloodhounds, helping them beat the St. Paul Saints, 3-2. Robinson Merrado nailed down his 8th save.
Abbott had a consequential at-bat in the top of the fourth for the Bloodhounds. Coming up with a runner on 2nd and Boise trailing 2-1, he hit a 2-run home run.
"Good to pick up this win," Abbott said.
The Bloodhounds move to 46-61 with the win, while the Saints drop to 54-53.
