|
Deug-yeom Park was in top form in a low-scoring contest between Barrow and Nichols. The right-hander was named the player of the game in Barrow's 3-1 win. Tokuhei Yano was credited with the save for Barrow, his 15th of the season. Today's win puts Barrow at 58-47, while Nichols falls to 33-72.
Going deep for Barrow was Andre Roseveare. The first baseman had a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth for the Frosties. It put his team ahead, 2-0, and sent them on to victory. For the game, Roseveare was 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
