A 4-RBI performance from Jorge Rodríguez, who was drafted in the two round of the 2027 draft, helped the Charleston Panthers beat the San Angelo Mustangs, 6-4. The winner was Yoshitoki Hakui in relief. His record improves to 4-1. Luis Domínguez took the loss. Vincent Casanova sewed up the save, his 4th.

Rodríguez had a game-changing at-bat for Charleston. It came in the top of the ninth inning with two out. Rodríguez hit a full count cutter from Luis Domínguez for a 2-run home run. It put Charleston in front, 6-4.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Charleston manager Todd Hall.

Charleston, at 39-61, occupies 6th place in the Buck O'Neil League Mariner Moose Division.
